Who we are

spartafitness.ge is the website of Sparta Fitness, Ljubljana St. 28, Tbilisi. Phone: +995 598 555 670.

What we collect

We do not use a form on the website to enter your name, phone or email. One page is the exception: when you register at the gym, you receive a personal link by SMS that opens the gym rules page. There we store: the time you agreed to the rules, the rules version, and your choice about SMS offers.

Face image

For entry to the gym (Face ID) we store an image of your face on the gym computer and on the entry devices. It is used only to let you into the gym. When a member is deleted, the face is removed from the devices, and from the gym computer within about 60 days. In addition, the entry device takes a photo of the face at every entry for the entry log. These photos are kept on the gym computer for about 60 days.

Which SMS we send

1. When you register, one SMS with the rules link.
2. When you renew, you get an SMS only if the administrator sent it.
3. SMS about offers and news only to those who agreed to it separately.
4. In any other case no SMS is sent. We do not send anything in bulk without permission.

Why

We store your agreement to the rules to confirm that you have read them. We store your SMS consent so that offers and news are sent only to those who chose this themselves. We do not use this data for any other purpose.

Where it is stored

Your answer is first stored on the website server, then moved to the gym system together with your membership.

How to withdraw consent

You can withdraw consent at the gym with the administrator, or by phone 598 555 670, and the administrator will switch SMS off in the panel. You can also get a new link from the administrator and untick the box. After that you will no longer receive promotional SMS.

How long we keep it

We keep the consent record until the member is deleted from the system.

Statistics

With your consent we use Google Analytics. It counts which pages people view, the device they use, their approximate city, where they came from (for example Facebook) and which buttons they click. We do not use it to identify anyone or for advertising. The data is stored on Google's servers, possibly outside Georgia, for no longer than 14 months.

Cookies

After you consent, Google Analytics stores two cookies: _ga and _ga_ZX5WKK1M6M, for up to 2 years. Your choice is saved in your browser (sparta_consent) so the banner does not appear every time. The Google Maps map at the bottom of the page works under Google's own terms.

Changing your choice

Click “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the page. If you decline, statistics are turned off and the Google Analytics cookies are removed from this browser.

Server logs

Our hosting company (domenebi.ge) keeps server logs for security: IP address, time and the page opened.

Your rights

Under the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection you can ask what data we hold about you, and ask for it to be corrected or deleted. Contact us at +995 598 555 670 or on Facebook. You can also contact the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia.
